Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups of Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 cup of butter 
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, nuts, oats) or chocolate chips
  • Melted chocolate (optional)
     

Instructions: 

  1. Prepare the mold: Lightly grease a mold or tray to prevent the bars from sticking.
  2. Melt the wet ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the honey and butter. Stir well until you get a smooth consistency. 
  3. Add the Corn Flakes: Pour the cereal into the mixture and gently stir until all the flakes are well coated. 
  4. Add the extras: Incorporate the dried fruits or chocolate chips, mixing gently. 
  5. Shape the bars: Spread the mixture into the mold and press down lightly with a spatula to compact it.
  6. Refrigerate: Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
