HOW DO I GET MY OWN ACCOUNT AND USER DATA?

If you are a student or employee of the German School of Madrid, we automatically create your personal account so you can enjoy the cafeteria service. You will receive a QR code through the school, along with your login details to access the reservation system.
Access your account by logging in with your username and password at the following link: https://mensa.delicom.info/

HOW DO I ADD FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT?

Option 1: Online Top-Up
Easilyadd money to your account through the cafeteria´s booking system using your bank card.

Option 2: Bank Transfer
Please use the following account to make the transfer:
– Beneficiary: Delicom Servicios para Colegios, S.L.
– IBAN: ES2601 2802 0283 0100 0346 96
– BIC: BKBKESMM
It is essential that you indicate the account: student username.
You can find the username in the enclosed letter you received along with your QR code.
Please note that the transfer may take several days to appear in your account.

Option 3: In the Cafeteria (Cash or Bank Card)
Go to the cafeteria outside of break times, when there are fewer people. Bring your QR code and the amount you wish to top up. The funds will be applied directly to your account.

ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETS

In case of any intolerance, allergy, or need for a special diet, please inform us through the following emails: enfermeria@dsmadrid.org and mail@delicom.info.

Unfortunately, we cannot serve special menus without prior authorization from the school’s nurse.

HOW DO I BOOK MY MENU?

Primary (ILB, homework support, and BuMi) and homework support for 5th and 6th grade students who have lunch from Monday to Friday:

The school will reserve the menu, and students will eat with their group at their designated tables. To sign up, please contact the school at: dsm-nachmittag@dsmadrid.org

If you wish to request a special diet, please do so before 10:00 AM by emailing: mail@delicom.info

Secondary:

Log in to the reservation system: https://mensa.delicom.info/
Go to “menu.”
Select the week and the menu you want to reserve. Once you’ve selected the menu, the background color will change to gray, and the price will be deducted from your account balance.

Please check your account balance. Your order will only be accepted if there is sufficient balance in your cafeteria account. The balance is shown on the page so that you are informed of how much money you have in your account, as each order will virtually reduce this amount. If you cancel your reservation, the amount will be refunded to your account immediately.

HOW TO GET YOUR MENU?

On the day you’ve reserved your menu, come to the cafeteria counter between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM with your QR code in hand. After scanning your QR code at the reader, we will  hand you your dish as soon as possible.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE/CANCEL MY MENU?

Reservations/cancellations will only be accepted before 10:00 AM on the same day.

For organizational and management reasons, we cannot process refunds for menus reserved after this time.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD

If you forget your login details or they don’t work, please send us an email at: mail@delicom.info

I DON'T HAVE A QR CODE OR I LOST IT

You just need to go to the reservation system, download your QR code, and print it again.

In case of loss, send us an email at mail@delicom.info so we can block the previous QR code and generate a new one.

WHAT DOES THE MENU IN THE RESERVATION SYSTEM CONSIST OF?

The menu consists of a starter, a main course, and a dessert.

Every day, there are two menus to choose from, in addition to a vegetarian menu, which is prepared daily due to limited requests. Those who wish to have the vegetarian menu must reserve it via email at mail@delicom.info before 10:00 AM.

The price of the menu for students who make the reservation through the reservation system is €7.50
