1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
DELICOM SERVICIOS PARA COLEGIOS, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are:
Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
Processing orders, requests, responding to queries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.
Sending the online newsletter about news, offers and promotions related to our activity.
Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimised under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
Based on the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while there are legal obligations requiring their retention. When they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymisation or complete destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and the right to restrict or object to processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to respond to their request by the provider. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes thereto.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly adheres to the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information so they can exercise these rights.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY
1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
DELICOM SERVICIOS PARA COLEGIOS, S.L., hereinafter the DATA CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, and that it is responsible for the processing of the USER’s personal data carried out on these social networks. Such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the DATA CONTROLLER, which may include the following operations:
Processing requests and queries submitted to the DATA CONTROLLER.
Providing information about activities and events organised by the DATA CONTROLLER.
Providing information about products or services offered by the DATA CONTROLLER.
Interacting through official profiles.
Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the DATA CONTROLLER’s social network profiles, thereby showing interest in the information published there. By requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER provides consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, in particular their contact name.
This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the DATA CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data disclosure: information provided by the USER through the DATA CONTROLLER’s social media, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER, and may therefore be accessible to other third-party users of the social network. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public, review granted permissions, remove them or disable them, as with any third-party application no longer desired.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The DATA CONTROLLER may carry out the following actions:
Access to public profile information.
Posting on the USER’s profile any information already published on the DATA CONTROLLER’s social network.
Sending personal and individual messages through social network channels.
Posting page status updates that will appear on the USER’s profile.
The USER may always control their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest and restrict who they share connections with by accessing their privacy settings.
3. POSTS
Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the DATA CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of affected third parties.
Any publication that violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste or decency, or infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited.
In such cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely published by USERS.
The USER should be aware that their posts may be visible to other users and that they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the DATA CONTROLLER, although they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Access and registration through the DATA CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited for minors under 14 years of age. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative, will be required through a valid document proving such representation.
The DATA CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The DATA CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the DATA CONTROLLER’s social networks or provide any personal information.
